Gero Solutions has completed numerous projects where a large number of residents have to be moved in a very short amount of time. We have moved 92 residents in 7 business days.

Remodeling and Renovation Projects

Gero Solutions has assisted numerous communities that needed to relocate existing residents due to remodeling projects. Gero Solutions offers pre-planning for group moves. We provide group seminars to educate the residents on the process, individualized space planning and floor plans, execution of the move, and setup of the new apartment.

New Construction Occupancy

Gero Solutions has been involved in new construction and the preliminary planning that is so important in meeting immediate occupancy needs. Home visits are conducted to assess the residents’ moving needs, and a personalized moving plan and timeline is developed. The resident is assigned a Senior Move Manager who offers tips as well as on-going support. No surprises results in no delays.

Resident needs change and so does the need to change the level of care environment. Often this means downsizing and moving to a different type of setting.
